Duties

• Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and uncovering their needs to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
• Utilize CRM systems such to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze account performance for strategic planning.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying market trends, developing targeted marketing strategies, and expanding our client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product specialists to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets consistently through effective communication skills, technical product knowledge, and strategic account management.

Experience

• Proven success in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, demonstrating strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Business development experience with a track record of managing customer accounts and expanding market share.
• Familiarity with sales management systems; proficiency in CRM system navigation is essential.
• Technical sales experience in software or technology products, with an understanding of enterprise selling processes.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate client relationship management and effective client communication strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and strategic analysis skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
