We offer a full line of quality systems and gaging products to meet crucial manufacturing demands.
Job Summary
The Managing Director of Sales, Engineering & Service directs all operations and business decisions of the company. He or she manages our small team, drives the sales process, coordinates with suppliers, and works in conjunction with the Sales and Service teams as the “Product Expert”, selling products to fit custom manufacturing, engineering, and metrology lab needs. Must be able to identify technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. The Manager Director reports only to the company owner and is responsible for overall business growth.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understands customer needs and develops solution for those needs
- Understands needs in the market by visiting customers and communicating with other channel partners
- Supervise and work together with Sales, Order Handling & Project Management to ensure improving/ongoing customer satisfaction
- Supervise the Service team with repair analysis, programming guidance, and technical support
- Perform dimensional measurement inspection using in house equipment to specification of customers
- Oversee installation of new equipment and train customers in product specific software and hardware operation
- Engage in business expansion through networking and adding value through additional product line representation and sales with current customer base
- Increase business revenue and understand and exceed competition through both systems improvements and new business account acquisition

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical or Mechanical
- 3-5 years minimum of customer facing roles, account management or customer service
- 3-5 years minimum of management experience
- Strong knowledge of the metrology industry preferred'
Compensation Package:
- $80,000 to $100,000 base salary based on experience
- Commission on Capital Equipment sales; currently averaging to commissions of $20,000 to $40,000 per year
- Annual Bonus packages based on product line expansion
