What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise installation of new fire alarm systems
• Perform and Oversee system upgrades, retrofits, and tenant improvements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fire alarm systems
• Perform commissioning, testing, and final system acceptance
• Ensure all work meets NFPA codes, local requirements, and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and job site organization
• Support ongoing service and preventative maintenance work

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in fire alarm installation, service, or leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage job site productivity
• Solid understanding of fire alarm systems, codes, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Hands-on, reliable, and takes ownership of their work

Preferred

• State Fire/Life Safety Certification
• NICET Level III or higher
