Summary

The Cnstructin Prject Manager fr Capital Prjects prvides technical and cnstructin prject management supprt services in cnnectin with schl site imprvements, mdificatin f facilities, and new cnstructin prjects. The Cnstructin Prject Manager fr Capital Prjects assists in the preparatin and review f prject plans and specificatins, crdinates, inspects prjects, and prepares all dcumentatin required fr the successful cmpletin f prjects.

Cnfer with prspective cntractrs and slicit frmal and infrmal bids; slicit and review prp

• Review payment requests.
Crdinate and submit payment applicatins fr prjects t assure the timely payment f wrk cmpleted accrding t established plicies and pr
• cedures.
Mnitr and assure timely and apprpriate develpment f prjects and pr
• ject schedules.
Crdinates site visits and pre-bid, pre-cnstructin cnferences, and attend j
• b meetings as required.
