JOB SUMMARY
Win Win Operations is seeking a Broadband Project Analyst to support a large-scale government-funded broadband initiative focused on expanding broadband access, digital inclusion, and community engagement. The selected candidate will support broadband infrastructure and broadband adoption projects by coordinating stakeholders, tracking project deliverables, maintaining project documentation, supporting communications efforts, and assisting with grant-funded initiatives.
This position requires a highly organized professional who can effectively work with technical teams, government stakeholders, community organizations, and service providers while ensuring project objectives, timelines, and reporting requirements are successfully achieved.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Support broadband infrastructure and broadband adoption initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, external partners, service providers, and community organizations.
- Attend and participate in project meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes within 24 hours of meetings.
- Maintain project schedules, status reports, action-item logs, and project documentation.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Support communications and outreach efforts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist with project reporting, data collection, and performance tracking activities.
- Support grant-funded broadband, digital inclusion, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholder groups to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute recommendations that improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support training, testing, implementation, and user adoption activities as required.
SCHEDULE OF WORK
- Full-time
- Onsite position
- Monday through Thursday
- Four 10-hour workdays per week
- Additional hours may occasionally be required based on project needs
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Southern Nevada
This position requires full-time onsite work. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the work location.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
Long-term opportunity supporting a multi-year broadband initiative. Specific contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting or managing large-scale projects.
- Experience preparing project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work onsite full-time.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting broadband, telecommunications, infrastructure, digital inclusion, or community engagement initiatives.
- Experience supporting government agencies, public-sector organizations, municipalities, or nonprofit organizations.
- Knowledge of broadband access, digital literacy, and digital equity initiatives.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
- Experience developing communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program or project data.
- Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
