Sr Technical Project Manager - Document Management Systems
Location: Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Technical Enablement Project Manager, you will help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting Managed File Transfer, Integration Services, Document Management, API Enablement, and broader platform modernization efforts. You will drive strategic programs that span multiple technology teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and enterprise platforms while ensuring delivery outcomes align with long-term operational and business objectives.
This role requires more than traditional project coordination. You will serve as a technical delivery leader responsible for managing complex dependencies, facilitating alignment across architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams, and translating technical complexity into actionable plans and executive-level communications. You will proactively identify risks, gaps, and delivery challenges, drive resolution of systemic issues, and help teams navigate complex implementation decisions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical fluency and is comfortable engaging in discussions regarding system architecture, integration patterns, platform interactions, and enterprise data flows. While not expected to function as an architect or engineer, you must be capable of challenging assumptions, validating technical approaches, understanding delivery implications, and partnering effectively with technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery success, including project execution, production readiness, operational transition, adoption, supportability, and long-term platform stability.
