Hiring: Engineering Program Manager – Medical Device

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager with 5–8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in the Medical Device or other regulated product development industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PMO organization and New Product Introduction (NPI) portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones.
• Track project execution, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project documentation, resource planning, and action items.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of Engineering Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting Medical Device or regulated product development projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
