Well we are seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Center Solutions at CBRE. This is a leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex,high-density data center construction projects. This position specificallyrequires expertise in scaling infrastructure for AI workloads and GPU clusters (e.g., NVIDIA or AMD) within hyperscale environments. The Senior Program Manager – GPU & AI InfrastructureDeployments is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of high-densitycompute and AI infrastructure deployments across the Americas (AMS) region.This is an external-facing role that works closely with Sales and customers toshape opportunities, initiate projects, and deliver complex GPU and acceleratordeployments at scale. The role bridges technical fluency in modern AI hardwarewith disciplined project execution, ensuring deployments are safely executed,technically correct, and repeatable. PrimaryResponsibilities
Project & Program Leadership

• Lead multiple concurrent GPU and AI infrastructuredeployment projects from pursuit support through project closeout.
• Partner with Sales during pre-award and early engagementphases to shape scope, assumptions, timelines, and delivery models.
• Serve as the primary project interface for customers,ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and execution confidence.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, riskregisters, change control, and delivery governance.

Technical DeliveryOversight

• Provide hands-on leadership for deployments involvingGPUs, accelerators, and high-density compute infrastructure.
• Translate design documentation into executable fieldplans, with accountability for interconnection quality, sequencing, andvalidation.
• Oversee rack integration, structured cabling, fiber andMPO connectivity, labeling, port mapping, validation, and turnover readiness.
• Ensure deployments align with OEM requirements andnon-standard or bespoke architectures as required.

Onsite Team & VendorLeadership

• Stand up and lead onsite deployment teams across AMSmarkets, including internal resources and qualified partners.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage, field leadershippresence, and safe execution during intensive deployment windows.
• Enforce quality control checkpoints and in-flightvalidation to prevent downstream errors or rework.

Quality, Safety & RiskManagement

• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with CBREsafety standards and site-specific requirements.
• Partner with safety and technical teams to complete JobHazard Analyses (JHAs), risk reviews, and method validations.
• Maintain disciplined documentation, asset tracking, andturnover packages suitable for customer acceptance.

Business & RelationshipDevelopment

• Support growth of GPU and AI deployment services bycontributing practical delivery insight during pursuits and customerdiscussions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, OEMs,internal stakeholders, and delivery partners.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, industrialize, andimprove deployment models as demand scales. RequiredTechnical Knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of GPU and AI compute platforms,including:
• NVIDIA GPU-basedsystems and architectures
• AMD GPU-basedsystems and high-density compute environments
• Google TPU-basedaccelerator platforms
• Understanding of high-density rack builds, power andthermal considerations, and interconnect complexity.
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber (includingMPO), transceivers, network connectivity, and validation practices.
• Ability to engage credibly with customer technical teamsand OEM representatives. Qualifications& Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ConstructionManagement, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technicalprojects, preferably in data center, IT infrastructure, or high-density computeenvironments.
• Proven experience managing field execution teams anddelivering technically complex deployments on tight timelines.
• Strong customer-facing skills with experience partneringwith Sales and business development teams.
• PMP or equivalent project management certificationpreferred. SuccessMeasures
• Projects delivered on time and within agreed scope andassumptions.
• High-quality deployments with minimal rework orpost-install defects.
• Strong customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to scale delivery models as volumeincreases. Reporting& Travel
• Role is based in the AMS region with regular travel toactive deployment sites.
• Reports into the Americas project delivery organizationwith close alignment to Sales and technical leadership.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Sr Program Manager is $225,000 annually and the maximum salary of $250,000 annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
