Computer Sites is a well established mechanical/electrical contractor located in Denver ,Co. We currently have a opening for a well qualified commercial HVAC service technician .

We are seeking a highly skilled, well organized, customer oriented service technician that has experience in large commercial buildings and data center process cooling.

Job duties:

• Perform service calls and preventative maintenance on large commercial equipment and data center process cooling
• Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the Hvac system from wiring diagrams and schematics
• Maintain company safety policies and procedures
• Perform overtime as needed and on call duties dictates
• Work closely with supervisor to develop and maintain daily schedule
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized and stocked
• Maintain company tools to work at optimum levels
• Keep daily paperwork organized and turned in on time
• Communicate and present a professional presence
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• 5 years of Commercial HVAC experience
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• EPA 608 refrigerant certificate
• Clean driving record
