Warehouse Superviosr

GigaCloud Technology (NASDAQ: GCT), a global organization with over 1600 employees around the world and $1.5 billion in annual revenue. We operate a fast-growing B2B marketplace specializing in large-parcel cloud fulfillment and dropshipping solutions. The headquarters is in the City of El Monte. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are growing our warehouse and logistics department and are looking for Warehouse management trainees to joint our fast-growing team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate/bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices
• Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
• Organizational Awareness: Ability to communicate effectively within internal management group, team members
• Bilingual: English and Chinese (Required)
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up about 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
