Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of Tool crib is to perform various tasks to support the manufacturing operation by organizing all kind of tooling and maintaining a perpetual inventory of all continued items.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review of reports and verification of product removed from the tool crib.
• Run negative balance report and investigate issues.
• Verify product to packing slip, print labels, put items away, and receive in all incoming product.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the tool crib.
• Maintain crib and ensure all product is ordered and stocked per requirements.
• Run and process orders to suppliers.
• Monitor delivery performance for suppliers.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, expedite as necessary.
• Run reports, analyze, and distribute to management for items issued from tool crib.
• Coordinate, control, and follow-up all goods returned for credit, repair, or replacement.
• Assist with updating of production purchase orders as needed.
• Work with accounting to understand price and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain up to date purchasing files.
• Establish and maintain a high level of communication and effective working relationships with suppliers and peers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 year of previous experience.
