TFM Services, a leading and expanding Midwest facility maintenance company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, determined, flexible, and willing to assume additional responsibilities if the need arises. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience.

The individual selected will be responsible for:

• Power washing in a retail/convenience store and office environment.
• Completing other non-routine cleaning as the need arises.

Skills and requirements necessary include:

• Valid drivers license
• Must be able to pull and back up trailer
• Prior power washing experience highly desired
• Mechanically inclined with ability to make minor equipment repairs
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering superior service
• Capable of working productively under minimal supervision.
• Ability to problem solve and work well with others.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, and operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to travel throughout Kansas and neighboring states, and sometimes stay overnight
