As a supervisor - chargeback and fraud on the Payment Integrity team, you'll lead daily operations. You'll ensure disputed transactions, chargebacks, and payment reversals are processed accurately and efficiently while following internal procedures and external banking requirements. You'll coordinate team workflows, monitor queues and service levels, resolve escalated issues, and serve as a technical and subject matter expert for chargeback-related processes. You'll also partner with internal business groups and external financial institutions to refine process flows, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and contribute to projects that strengthen Payment Integrity operations.

This is a remote role.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of three years of finance, banking or related experience.
• {OR} Bachelors degree of higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field of study.

Preferred skills

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Previous chargeback experience.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies, banking practices, and payment processing systems such as Chase Paymentech, Braintree, Discover eCentral.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

• $74,200/year.
• Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 24% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
