Job Description:

This candidate will facilitate seamless communication across all stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle. We are seeking an organized, collaborative professional with a commitment to operational excellence and a positive cultural contribution. Our objective is to deliver a premier client experience, characterized by on-time closings and consistent 5-Star service ratings.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, Loan officers, title companies, insurance companies, appraisal administration, and underwriters.
• Create urgency in gathering relative data from clients, including but not limited to assets, debts, income, employment, etc.
• Verify information submitted with mortgage applications through established 3rd party sources.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Encompass Loan Origination System.
• Manage the advancement of loans in the processing pipeline.
• Commitment to getting loans to the closing table with integrity and professionalism every time.
• Go above and beyond to ensure all customers are communicated with to ensure we receive 5-Star reviews.
• Review conditions obtained to ensure they meet requirements.
• Run AUS to determine agency eligibility & adhere to requirements.
• Assist borrowers in navigating through the loan process.
• Meet and exceed expectations to create happy & repeat customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of Mortgage Processing Experience is required.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ability to work with strict deadlines.
• Encompass LOS experience is a Must.
• Proficient with conventional mortgage loans, FHA, VA, USDA, State Bond Programs, and Renovation Loan Programs.
• Detailed and Organized.
• Suitable home internet connection.
• College Degree preferred.
