We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Program Processor to join our team! As a Food Program Processor, you'll handle the timely completion of CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) paperwork and verification to ensure compliance with program requirements and seek opportunities to improve reimbursements and minimize disallowances.
Responsibilities:
Audit and review documentation and systems related to attendance, meals, family income information, and meal preparation, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required reports in accordance with established guidelines
Complete data entry and tracking worksheets related to Licensing, Child Supervision Records, CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), and other KinderCare compliance programs
Transfer data accurately from original documentation into software systems
Build collaborative relationships with field administrators to optimally identify and address compliance concerns and reimbursement opportunities
Adapt to process and assignment changes and demonstrate flexibility to learn new procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Clerical, office, and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
10-Key proficiency
Exhibit professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
