Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
• Monitor daily cash positions across multiple accounts, ensuring optimal liquidity levels and efficient fund utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, providing detailed financial analysis and due diligence support.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and industry-specific financial regulations through diligent review and auditing processes.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to analyze large datasets, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management for strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to facilitate transactions, negotiate terms, and optimize banking services.
• Support ongoing projects related to financial software implementation, upgrades, or process improvements to enhance treasury operations.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets for complex data analysis and modeling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax accounting practices, and financial regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience with financial software systems used in treasury management or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Demonstrated ability in financial model development, analysis skills, and project management within a finance context.
• Knowledge of industry regulations affecting treasury functions and experience in auditing or financial compliance reviews.
• Excellent client communication skills for liaising with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.
• Industry knowledge of financial regulations such as GAAP and familiarity with mergers & acquisitions processes.
