Catholic Memorial Home, a highly rated skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a primarily supervisory role with the added flexibility to support direct patient care when needed-allowing you to lead while staying clinically engaged.

Position Overview:

As an RN Supervisor, you will serve as a leader on your shift, providing guidance, support, and clinical oversight across the facility. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality resident care.

Role Flexibility:

We promote a team-based, supportive approach to care: This role is primarily supervisory. At times you may: Step into a unit assignment, or provide hands-on clinical support during high-need situations. The flexibilty is occasional and team-driven, not a required routine.

Schedule:

3PM-11 PM – (8-24 hours/week) including every other weekend/holidays.

11PM –7AM – (24-32hours/week) including every other weekend/holidays.

$8,000 Sign On Bonus paid at 6 months and 1 Year. Pro rated by hours worked.
