✓ GREAT PAY - We’re offering $75k - $95k/year + great benefits, profit sharing and achievable efficiency bonus for the right technician to join our team. Plus, we’re offering a $3000 Sign-on bonus ($1000 paid after 6 months, and the remaining $2000 paid out after a year).

✓ WORK LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!) – We believe that people need their time to recharge, and we’re committed to you being happy inside and outside of the shop. We offer a five-day work week (NO WEEKENDS, unless on call), paid holidays, paid time off.

✓ LIMITED ON CALL DUTIES – Scheduled 4-5 times per year with 24-hour road service.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

E.L.M. is currently looking for an experienced 2nd Shift diesel technician with a great attitude who takes pride in their work.

The right team member will have a great attitude and be well-qualified and experienced in all types of heavy-duty repair work.

We are looking for the best and when you join our family, you will be appreciated, respected and well-compensated for your knowledge and skills.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE

✓ Ideal requirements: 2+ years professional diesel experience with all types of heavy-duty repair work, valid driver's license (CDL a plus, but not required)

✓ Knowledge in agriculture & construction equipment, as well as heavy trucks (Paccar and any other diesel out there ~ we work on it all!)

✓ Great attitude and communication skills

✓ Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

✓ Great organizational skills + accurate documentation of repairs

✓ Good internal communication throughout the repair process with shop personnel

✓ Clear one-on-one communication with service writer and parts manager

✓ Self-sufficient mindset - proactive in finding solutions, but willing to assist others

✓ Ability / willingness to work the 2nd shift
