Position Summary:
Creative Visions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and United Nations NGO, empowers youth and creative activists worldwide to raise awareness of critical issues and drive positive change through impact storytelling.
This Senior Manager, Students Rebuild Digital Marketing position will support Students Rebuild, a signature program of Creative Visions that engages students and educators worldwide in creative challenges that support global causes.
We are seeking a senior-level hands-on digital strategist and implementer who can translate Students Rebuild's goals into clear digital plans and lead Students Rebuild’s core marketing growth channels to drive participation and engagement. The right candidate brings strong digital marketing experience and can lead Students Rebuild’s social media, paid media, email, and digital engagement pathways and strategies. They understand how to use tracking, analytics, and audience insights to strengthen participation and ensure Student Rebuild’s digital channels work together effectively, and will manage core growth levers in collaboration with internal team members, external partners, and agencies.
This marketing position is dedicated fully to Students Rebuild; thus, the person in this position will sit on both the Creative Visions overall marketing team and the Students Rebuild team to ensure a coordinated, collaborative, and integrated management approach resulting in cohesive and effective strategy and implementation. The position will have dual reporting to the head of Students Rebuild and the head of Marketing and will work in partnership with Marketing to meet Students Rebuild program marketing needs and align with overall Creative Visions marketing implementation plans and strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Social Media
- Develop the Students Rebuild’s social media strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Students Rebuild leadership.
- Identify the most effective digital channels for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Build and grow an active online community.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance.
2. Digital Communications/Email Marketing
- Lead Students Rebuild’s email strategy, including segmentation, educator pathways, and campaign messaging.
- Manage the creation, scheduling, and deployment of Students Rebuild’s emails and newsletters.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand alignment and message consistency.
- Track email performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and action.
3. Digital Advertising
- Develop Student Rebuild’s digital growth strategy aligned with campaign goals and participation targets.
- Identify the most effective digital channels for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan, place, and optimize digital ad buys, and implement and monitor UTMs, pixels, tag tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Lead and manage the working relationship with the external digital advertising firm.
- Track, analyze, and report on ad performance and ROI.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
4. Digital Property and User Experience
- Review Student Rebuild’s website and recommend shifts to landing pages to improve user experience, clarity, and conversion rates.
- Partner with Creative Visions’ web and development teams to implement updates.
- Manage content updates and ticket submissions.
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance and user behavior.
5. Program-Aligned Marketing Bursts
- Plan and execute program-aligned marketing bursts to increase campaign participation and awareness at key moments.
- Produce toolkits, specialized partner social content, digital tools, and related assets to support each burst.
- Support partner-facing digital materials and ensure consistency across channels.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience developing integrated, multi-channel growth strategies that connect paid media, social, and email efforts toward shared campaign and lead-generation goals.
- Experience planning, placing, and optimizing digital ad buys across paid social and search, including implementation, budget management, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Technical proficiency with campaign tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixel/tag implementation, conversion tracking) using tools like Google Analytics, with the ability to translate performance data into concrete campaign adjustments.
- Expertise in social media content, community-building, management, and strategy across major platforms.
- Expertise in email/newsletter marketing from strategy through execution, including audience segmentation and crafting messages that resonate with specific audiences.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and ClickUp, or equivalent CRM and project management tools.
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- UX experience, including website review, user-journey improvements, and content and UX recommendations.
- Experience using AI tools and understanding how these tools are reshaping digital engagement.
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or engagement at management levels
- Demonstrated experience with digital advertising and lead generation for social impact campaigns.
- Experience overseeing paid media strategy and evaluating performance.
- Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, or equivalents).
- Experience working in mission-driven or education-focused environments preferred.
- Direct experience in placing and managing digital ad buys, including tracking and attribution setup.
- Track record of owning both the strategy and the execution of digital advertising efforts.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, analytics, and project management platforms.

This is a full-time, salaried W-2 employee position with total annual compensation of $86,400- $92,000, plus an additional 20% healthcare benefit is added to the base salary as Creative Visions does not offer healthcare directly.
