Lawn Advisor:$720–$840 per week to start, with raise opportunities within your first 6 months

Weed Man is one of North America’s largest franchised lawn care companies, and our local team is growing. We are looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy working outdoors, serving customers, and being part of a company with real growth opportunities.

This is a full-time outdoor position where you will complete lawn care services for residential and commercial customers. No lawn care experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

• $720–$840 per week to start
• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
• Opportunity to increase to $21.00+ per hour within your first 6 months
• Per-round stop bonus opportunities
• 10% commission on eligible sales

What You’ll Do:

As a Lawn Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing customers on your assigned route. Daily responsibilities include:

• Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments
• Completing professional lawn care applications safely and accurately
• Driving to residential and/or commercial customer properties
• Providing excellent customer service
• Measuring lawns and completing basic lawn evaluations
• Identifying customer needs and recommending additional services when appropriate
• Providing quotes and field sales opportunities
• Monitoring product usage and maintaining quality standards
• Completing route paperwork, service notes, and daily tasks accurately
• Working independently while still being part of a team

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and willing to learn. The right person does not need lawn care experience, but must be comfortable working outdoors and interacting with customers.

A good fit for this role is someone who:

• Has a valid driver’s license
• Has a relatively clean driving record
• Can pass a relatively clean background check
• Enjoys working outdoors
• Is comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Can work 40+ hours per week
• Is available for occasional Saturdays as needed
• Communicates well with customers and team members
• Can work independently after training
• Takes pride in doing quality work
