Ready Contractors, a reputable construction company serving eastern North Carolina since 1969, is seeking a diligent and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $45 - $60 USD per hour. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. While this is a remote role, candidates based in the United States are required to facilitate collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare, format, and edit reports, invoices, letters, and other documents.
Organise and maintain digital files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Conduct online research to support various projects and business needs.
Provide general administrative support to senior management and the wider team as required.
Assist with client communication and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Experience within the construction industry or a related field is desirable but not essential.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
