The Part Time FBO Desk Customer Service Representative serves as a direct liaison between the customer and Freedom Aviation. Greets all inbound and outbound aircraft passengers and crewmembers and assists with any needs presented.
Accounting support for fuel inventory including reports and processes. Responsible for the overall organization, cleanliness, upkeep and operations of the Front Desk and FBO lobby. The FBO Desk customer service representative has significant interactions with customers, vendors, employees, and managers of other departments, and as such is responsible to other departments as appropriate.
The hours for this position are every Saturday and Sunday as well as every Holiday. This position also requires weekday work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational priorities through radio communication and written correspondence with line service personnel and other departments.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees, pilots, passengers, aircraft operators, visitors, and the general public in person, by phone, and via email.
- Oversee front desk and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) customer service operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Maintain the FBO calendar, schedule reservations, and coordinate customer travel accommodations, including rental vehicles and hotel bookings.
- Manage fuel documentation and reconciliation processes; update fuel pricing information through designated communication channels.
- Schedule, dispatch, and process invoicing for charter and corporate flight operations in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform data entry, billing, and accounting functions for products, services, and operational transactions.
- Process cash, credit card, and other customer payment transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Coordinate the use and maintenance of courtesy vehicles, including fueling, inspections, cleaning, and service scheduling.
- Monitor facility operations and report maintenance, safety, or customer service concerns to management.
- Maintain refreshments and hospitality amenities for customers and guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of reception, lobby, conference room, and vending areas.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments and assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to maintain full range of motion at all times
