Overview:

We own and operate a growing portfolio of business entities across the US and Canada. Our financial data pipeline is already fully automated—we run QuickBooks Online directly into Google Sheets via FinBoard.

We are strictly looking for a local Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) specialist to come into our office in North St. Petersburg, FL for an in-person, hands-on working session to map our Google Sheets data into an executive-level reporting dashboard.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT:

Applicants MUST reside in the Tampa / St. Petersburg metro area and be willing to commute to our office in North St. Petersburg for an on-site working session. Remote applicants or those unwilling to meet in-office will not be considered.

Project Scope & Requirements:

• In-Person Working Session: Meet at our North St. Pete office to review dashboard layout preferences, key KPIs, and visual hierarchy.
• Google Data Studio Execution: Map our existing multi-entity Google Sheets tabs directly into Google Data Studio.
• Consolidated & Location Views: Build clean visuals that allow leadership to view high-level consolidated summaries, as well as toggle down to individual entity/location performance across US and Canadian operations.
• Quarterly & YTD Views: Set up side-by-side quarterly comparison views (Q1, Q2, YTD).
• Interactive Controls: Build dropdown filters for Date Ranges, Entity selections, and core P&L metric toggles.
• Intercompany Handling: Ensure our existing intercompany elimination logic renders accurately without double-counting revenue.

Qualifications:

• Must be local to Tampa/St. Pete and available to work on-site at our North St. Pete location.
• Proven, advanced technical expertise specifically in Google Data Studio / Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with standard financial statements (P&L, COGS, Operating Expenses, Net Profit).
• Note: We are fully standardized on Google Workspace and QuickBooks. Please do not apply if you are looking to consult on alternative software stacks (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.).
