Here at China Jushi USA we are seeking qualified candidates for our hourly production team member positions in our Columbia, South Carolina manufacturing facility. As an hourly production team member, you will need to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

Job purpose

The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating Sit-Down Forklifts within our warehouse. Forklift drivers will follow all safety standards while loading and unloading our shipment trucks. Shipping and receiving experience is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities

• Sort, Count, and log inventory data.
• Load and unload truck shipments by operating a Sit-Down Forklift.
• Shipping and Receiving

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-years Sit-Down Forklift experience. (We Do Not Train)
• Shipping and Receiving experience (Preferred).
• Able to multi-task.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently with high regards to quality of product.

Compensation with Weekly Pay:

First 90-Days = $17.25/hour

After 90-Days = $18.25/hour

Promotion opportunities after 90-Days of Employment

Schedule:

• This position operates on an 8-Hour shift Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Probationary Period:

• Please note that all new hires are subject to a Probation Period for the first 90-days of employment.

Working conditions

• Must be able to work around extreme heat safely.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment safely.
• Must be able to work around and operate machinery safely.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the work environment.
