Position overview

We are hiring skilled and reliable Material Handlers for warehouse roles with full-time schedules. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. This role provides consistent work, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a stand-up or sit-down forklift to transport materials between production lines, storage, and staging areas

• Stacking and organizing inventory in designated storage zones

• Completing the iWarehouse safety checklist before operating any forklift

• Operating a handheld RF scanner for WIP completions and LPN scans

• Following all GMP, SOPs, and work instructions throughout the shift

Requirements

• Valid stand-up forklift certification (PLD provides model-specific training on-site)

• Proven, recent experience operating a forklift (6+ months minimum, 1+ year preferred)

• Recent experience using an RF scanner for warehouse work

• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift; anything heavier paired with assistance

• Basic math and handheld scanner proficiency

• High school diploma or GED preferred
