As a growing NYC brand with a global point of view, we’re looking for a sharp visual storyteller to help shape how the brand looks and moves across digital platforms.
The Role
You’ll lead video editing for the brand across Instagram, TikTok, campaigns, and product launches. Your role is to transform raw footage, concepts, and moments into polished content that feels elevated, culturally relevant, and built to capture attention.
This is a ground floor opportunity. You’ll help define the visual identity of the brand from the very beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short form and long form video content for Instagram, TikTok, campaigns, and website use
- Turn raw footage into polished edits with strong pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and music selection
- Create high retention Reels and TikToks optimized for platform performance
- Color correct footage and maintain a consistent premium visual style
- Repurpose campaign shoots into multiple content assets
- Work closely with the team on launch videos, product drops, and seasonal campaigns
- Organize project files, revisions, exports, and delivery timelines
- Stay current on editing trends, formats, and creative styles shaping culture online
- Track what content performs best and refine future edits accordingly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Great sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Strong eye for fashion, luxury, and culture driven visuals
- Understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram without sacrificing taste
- Experience creating polished edits for brands, creators, or personal projects
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
- Motion graphics skills are a plus
- Jewelry experience is not required. Taste, instinct, and technical ability matter more
