Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced remote Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will go through paid training and then work every SUNDAY dayshift. Hours are 7am-1pm EST . This role requires a compact RN license in the state of residency, and hold additional non-compact state licensures. These non-compact states (IL, CA, HI ) are highly preferred to be considered. Candidate must have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, remotely. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable navigating technology and can troubleshoot routine issues independently. This role requires strong technical confidence and the ability to problem-solve common issues on your own before escalating to management.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations.

• Provide high-quality patient care through remote patient monitoring, ensuring all protocols, workflows, and documentation standards are followed consistently.
• Maintain timely and thorough communication with patients, providers, and care team members.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Compact RN license in state of residency.
• Current RN licensure in these non-compact states : CA, IL, HI, MA, OR
• Quiet, professional work environment free from background noise and interruptions during scheduled hours
• Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting secure video conferencing and data transmission.
• HIPAA-compliant workspace, ensuring privacy and confidentiality for all patient interactions and documentation.
• Uphold compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements in every aspect of patient interaction and documentation.
• Team members are expected to remain attentive to all alerts and address them promptly.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and maintain basic computer proficiency.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts without disruption to workflow or patient care.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
