The ideal candidate will be passionate and positive about helping people with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Take payments and make changes to insurance policies
• Quote P&C prospects from lists, leads, winbacks, etc.
• Cross sale current customers for opportunities
• Expected to write 20 items per month
• Troubleshoot and answer billing questions
• Ability to make and receive Many calls daily
• Help customers enter claims and answer questions about claims
• Provide insurance reviews and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Dependable and professional
• Able to work 8am-5pm (one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks)
• Courteous, Passionate, Polite, and Positive
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that necessitates multitasking
• Coachable, flexible, and thoughtful
• P&C License required to start

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
