Who We Are
We are a professional auto detailing and window tint studio focused on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. We take pride in every vehicle that leaves our shop. We are growing and need a skilled tint installer who takes the same pride in their craft as we do.
This is NOT an entry-level, on-the-job training position. We need someone who can pick up a roll of film and get to work — day one.
The Role
You will be responsible for installing automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles — sedans, SUVs, trucks, and specialty vehicles. Work will range from standard dye film to high-end ceramic and security film. You must be able to work independently, manage your time, and deliver flawless results consistently.
What You Must Already Know Read This Carefully
We will ask every applicant to perform a hands-on test install before any offer is made. If you have never professionally installed window film, please do not apply — this saves your time and ours.
Qualified applicants will have:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on, professional window tint installation experience
Ability to cut film using plotters AND by hand (freehand skills are required)
Experience with multiple film brands (e.g., Llumar, XPEL, 3M, SunTek, Avery, etc.)
Knowledge of ceramic, carbon, dyed, and hybrid film types — and when to recommend each
Ability to tint curved rear windows cleanly, without fingers, bubbles, or lifting edges
Proper squeegee technique — heat gun control, slip solution ratios, tension management
Experience with side windows, windshields, and sunroofs
Ability to identify and work around factory defects, defroster lines, and antenna wires
Understanding of state tint laws (VLT percentages) and how to communicate limits to customers
Daily Responsibilities
Perform professional tint installations on 3–6 vehicles per day depending on job complexity
Prep all glass surfaces (clean, inspect, prime) before installation
Cut film to spec using plotter or hand-cutting techniques
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and installation bay
Inspect your own work before returning vehicles to customers
Communicate professionally with customers and front-of-house staff
Log jobs completed and materials used
Notify management of product inventory needs
