We are seeking a reliable and versatile Maintenance Handyman to handle the day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance of our residential properties. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can work independently, manage a task list efficiently, and communicate professionally with tenants and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• General Repairs: Fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, replace light fixtures, and handle basic carpentry.
• Turnover Maintenance: Prepare vacant units for new tenants (patching drywall, painting, door/lock adjustments).
• Facilities maintenance: Perform basic repairs on interior and exterior of buildings.
• HVAC Basics: Replace filters and perform minor troubleshooting (cleaning coils, checking thermostats).
• Exterior Upkeep: Minor roof repairs, gutter cleaning, painting, and ensuring common areas are safe and presentable.
• Interior Upkeep: Minor interior construction work if needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or a similar field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Tools: Must possess a standard set of personal hand and power tools.
• Transport: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck or van).
• Communication: Ability to interact politely with tenants and provide clear updates to the office.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
