KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a non-profit organization focused on preparing students in systemically under-resourced communities to lead choice-filled lives. Together with families and communities, we create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students to pursue the paths they choose, college, career and beyond, so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world. Our KIPP Through College Team (KTC) supports KIPP SoCal students and alumni with individual, personalized counseling on their journeys to and through high school and college. KTC is sustained by philanthropy, and committed to ensuring students receive the customized support services needed to thrive in high school, college and the competitive job market. KIPP SoCal alumni graduate college at a rate 3x higher than the national average of students from low-income communities.
