Hybrid work environment, work load is good, managers are very kind and understanding, no micro managing

Cons

The salary is on the average/lower side of industry standard thats the only con I can think of

Good pay even if nobody has a clue whats going on

Cons

Sales force is long tenured, tough, and experienced. Managers are largely hired guns with unrelated experience who are clueless, lack accountability and cannot get the job done. Eventually irelevant unaccountable management with poor planning will negativemt affect your position. Just look at the grammar of some of their posts on linkedin.
