Pros

- Many opportunities to take on meaningful tasks and responsibilities - Impactful work - The pace of change in the business is rapid and the company's progress feels solid - High employee morale due to optimism around the business' prospects and good company culture - Very smart and capable employees - Good work is recognized - Great organizational structure for a company its size. The founders, executive directors and managers are highly involved but don't micromanage

Cons

- A lot of work to get done (I consider this a good thing but maybe not for everyone) - No in-office culture due to fully remote work - Some internal systems/pipelines are messy (as expected of any young tech company)

- Really none that I can think of that wouldn’t be normal for a busy and fast paced environment.
