Pros

I've been with AtWork for 10 years! Starting as a Receptionist and eventually working my way into a management role. This company has really challenged me to grow personally and professionally. I've been lucky enough to work in several positions with and for this company! Truly it's the people that make the company- I saw that employee tenure far exceeded that of other agencies in the area and the way that they value their clients and associates, on a personal level, has made me so proud to work for a company like this. Great company culture, leadership invests in the staff, flexible hours, great benefits, opportunity for growth, family-owned and operated, strong commitment to integrity...

Cons

The company is THOROUGH- which means added paperwork and sometimes lengthier screening and on-boarding.

I really enjoy working for AtWork. Their staff is friendly and professional. They provide great benefits, including vacation and holiday pay to those who qualify.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn new skills and build on strengths. Owners really care about individual employees. Meet new people and feeling rewarded when the person lands the right job.

Cons

High stress as in all staffing. Always high pressure.

Good corporation but some weak branches

Pros

All of the corporate training was very helpful and engaging. The entire corporate staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything from them.

Cons

The branch I worked in was an absolute mess. My branch manager was extremely disorganized and got angry whenever I asked for help with anything. A very toxic work environment.

After submitting all required documents, no one reaches out or updates you on the job or other opportunities “available”.

Great staff. Like family. Easy to be yourself around. Can be fun.

Cons

Like any job, there will be times your patience is tested, people that you may not care for but have to work with, etc. Overall, not really any cons.

Pros

Full time job with nice people on staff at temp agency.

Cons

Temporary employees can have their assignment ended for any reason at anytime or anyday by a company supervisor. Alot of turnover and leaving for other jobs that are more supportive of employees employment.
