ARC offers the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of all production areas keeping micro management at a minimum

Cons

Blatant favoritism and conflicting information from upper management - says one thing but does another or does not come to fruition.

-No raises. -No career advancement. -Upper management could care less about you. -CEO is a complete disgrace.

Pros

This company has survived an extremely long and deep downturn in the industry which it could have only done with good management. Many companies in the industry just disappeared. Through the good times and the lean times the company has taken care of it's employees and customers.

Cons

The company has had to do dramatic downsizing which has caused a lot of employee discomfort and uneasiness. Could have been managed better.
