Pros

NONE. Fake resumes and what not.

Cons

Company run by Hyderabad people. This is a H1B fraud visa business. They recruit candidates who are in desperate need of jobs, example, H1b transfer candidates or foreign students. They train them for month or two in business analysis or QA and then they start to market them. They prepare false resumes with 8-10 years of fake experience and put companies like Bank of America, Capital One, Goldman Sachs etc. NOTE: These resumes usually doesn't have address of the candidate. These candidates won't have LinkedIN profile either. If these candidates have years worth of experience they should have linkedin profile. They usually give the initial phone interview for the candidates. They are then trained for face to face interview. Once they get the interview cleared the prime contractor with call IQLOGG for reference and the people at IQLOGG will lie that YES the candidate have worked for years and they have done background check on them. Once they are able to get a job the candidate is paid between 25-28/HR. Rest of the money is kept by IQLOGG. They have a parent company called ASTA CRS which basically does the same thing.

Pros

If you are a student with your visa expiring and you're desperate to stay in the US then ASTA is the right place for you. But remember, they will treat you like a slave. ASTA provides a 5-7 week accelerated Business Analyst training that covers the basic duties of an Business Analyst. At the end of the training you are interviewed by the Director of Operations (mick interview) to see if you're worthy of a job. One thing to remember is to NEVER pay for the training. ASTA cannot guarantee you a job, there fore you should not pay since they will make at least 35-40K by slaving you around. Pay is 25$hr but thats literally one third of the actual pay. I found out my position was paying 120hr and all I was getting was a lousy $25 per hour. ASTA employees are shameless and they lie right through their teeth. ASTA is a company that will face serious fraud charges pretty soon.

Cons

ASTA sends their employees resumes to choose from. Once the candidate chooses that resume, he or she is to memorize the resume line by line and have stories to back up the experience. The experience is usually 5 to 10 years on these resumes but in reality you have zero to none! You are asked to fake it till you make it. Some have faced criminal charges due to the severity of the situation. Be careful!
