Work-life balance. Management attentiveness. A culture of caring toward their customers and employees. Core values that are the foundation of the company. An inclusive leadership style. Bottom-up, top-down communication. ESOP company where you are an employee-owner. As an employee, you have a voice.
Cons
As with any other organization, the work load can be heavy, so time management skills are essential. Sometimes communication amongst departments can be lost due to a lot going on.
