Pros

Management is well organized and communication is very clear. Company is transparent in approach and salary is better than the companies around. They have great client. Benefits are reasonably good. Management is easily approachable and they are available to help you all the times. I have been working with them since 3 years and the management is flexible to support you in my career growth.
