Pros

Great pay, no micromanaging. It’s very fulfilling to work here. My BCBA is so supportive, listens to what I have to say about my clients so we can succeed. Lots of support to clients.

Cons

Not easy to get ahold of someone (like if you need to fix something fast), and tricky to know who to contact and for what. They just help for MA to become a BCBA and it’s not great.
