Great people and product. The location is great, in a cute and fun area. Employer is flexible and family friendly.

Cons

The benefits could be better, Salaries are on par for the area and industry.

Pros

While there is a lot to do, it seems like everyone pitches in and there is a great sense of team effort. Everyone is really nice and cooperative. There are lot of opportunities to learn, and people have made themselves available to help guide me through the learning process.

Cons

Some parts of the tech stack are not very fun to work with but that is very common in many companies. Everyone works remote which hinders communication a bit. I do wish the benefits were a bit better.
