Teamwork and mutual respect are highly valued at Accuray. The executive leadership is dedicated to open communication and recognizing employees’ contributions, which I personally experienced within my first 3-6 months. Accuray provided comprehensive onboarding for all recent hires, helping us get acquainted with the company and its executives. Additionally, I received robust leadership support during my initial months, enabling me to spearhead significant organizational changes. This supportive atmosphere is encouraging and makes me feel optimistic about my future with the company.
