The things I've witnessed are disgusting. I can't wait to find a new job and get out of this place!
I have watched Ace get rid of so many great hard working employees, all so ownership could pocket a few more dollars for themselves. They don't care about any of their employees or customers. The head of this company just fired the sales director while she was on maternity leave because the baby has a bunch of medical issues he doesn't want the company to pay for it through insurance. He left this new mother with no job, no health insurance, and no car. Then, emailed a video message to the entire company telling everyone to really watch their health spending and use it as little as possible because he has to pay for it!! Excuse me?? This same month a long standing operations employee who has given his whole career to Ace quit his job after being targeted ever since his baby was born who also has medical issues. She is disabled. Seeing a pattern here? It's so obvious but they try to cover up their disgusting actions with lies, acting like the rest of us employees are too stupid to see the truth.
Ace will say they care about you but they don't. They treat people like animals. The sales director was the only upper management who was worth working for - she actually cared about every person in the company and every customer. I will be leaving this place as soon as I can!!
