      * Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

      Cons

      * Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

      Everyone is very friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. There are lots of opportunities to grow and advance your career, and the company cares deeply about the wellbeing and safety of its employees.

      Cons

      Lots of developments in the industry, but we have a great leadership team who does a great job at facilitating collaboration, managing, and leading any new challenges or concerns that arise.
