Great place to work. Strong teams to work for. Thoughtful return to work schedule that balances WFH with spending time with teams. Well managed organization both within my team and broader.

Advance is going through an evolution. Everyone has a voice. There's a real openness to innovation and to try new things. Collaborative environment. Beautiful office space.

Cons

Things are less structured, something's done in an outdated way, but there's an opportunity to create new processes.
