Decent pay, good benefits, no opportunity for growth

Pros

The pay wa on par with similar jobs in the area. Health benefits were good. The basement system itself is great.

Cons

Not enough vacation time. If an employee seeks to contribute more to the company - through bringing new ideas or offering to do more work / take on projects - it seems as if management is threatened and isn't willing to allow the employee to grow.
