Pros

Good people, and work ethic. Purpose driven culture to support non profit clients. We truly enjoy working together. Great benefits, generous PTO.

Cons

Not enough diversity at the top. Smaller departments have little room for growth while expectations increase each year.

Amazing place to work

Pros

Family started business, and it really shows how much they care about you, your family, and life outside of work. I’ve only had amazing bosses that I’ve been able to learn so much from. They push growth, education, and learning new experiences. Can’t imagine a better place to work.

Cons

Currently aren’t any physical offices so if you need to be around people it might not be the best fit.
