      Pros

      Smart people, lean organization results in lots of individual responsibility, competitive compensation, strong brand reputation in the overall marketplace and ambitious leadership.

      Cons

      Retention of younger employees is difficult and there is often churn at the lower ranks. However this is relatively common for the industry overall, not necessarily unique to Affinius.
