The company has had a ton of new leadership and while some may see this as a con I think it has been great for the growth of the company. Fresh eyes and new mindsets are really going to catapult AgencyBloc to another level.

Cons

It can be overwhelming to have so much new leadership but overall everyone is handling it well.

The people!! Everyone here is so amazing, helpful and friendly, and genuinely happy to welcome new team members. Working from home is a total game changer…flexibility to manage your own schedule and mix life with work seamlessly. I’m four months in, and still incredibly thankful to be here!

Cons

Sudden changes in upper management are a little distressing, but definitely not a dealbreaker. All the teams truly rally together to work through the growing pains, standing firm on the company’s core values and forging ahead.
