Pros

If working with cutting edge technology, learning a LOT and have a Passion for results, this is the place. Great culture, leadership understands and cares about employees, there are no office politics games. Everyone does their best day in and day out to help out and carry forward our customer projects and issues. Great sense of camaraderie. You will learn a lot, management is committed to making it a learning organization. Working with cutting edge technology. Very focused on delivering based upon the highest standards. Never a dull moment, a lot of new exciting opportunities in the horizon.

Cons

None that i can think of.

Pros

At Agile IT, we get to work with exciting new technology and interesting customers. Microsoft has some seriously rad products and getting to be on the bleeding edge of delivering those products to businesses is crazy cool. I'm never bored at work - there's always something to do, someone to help, or something to learn. We don't silo our employees - everyone on the tech side learns everything, and we get to pursue what WE'RE passionate about, rather than being stuck in the same role dealing with the same tech forever. The upper management of Agile IT has been wonderful to me - I started here as a sales admin and have had the opportunity over the years to move my way up to managing the service desk. Management truly believes in growing employees' skill sets and promoting from within.

Cons

I think for some people, what I think of as pros (self-guided learning, a fast-paced work environment) can be overwhelming. As long as you're motivated to succeed and passionate about technology, Agile IT is the right place for you.

Pros

New employee. Note that these are my observations from the experience that I have acquired so far personally, as I try to avoid subjective judgment and perceptions or situations that other employees may experience or be in. I had worked for a different company in a similar capacity, also in IT, a few months before joining this company, so I have fresh material for comparison. Agile IT has an excellent on-boarding process and offers thorough training, whether it's online or peer coaching, as needed, for new employees. The CEO and co-workers are ready to help, when needed. Openness and clarity as far as the local processes are helpful, too. Communication to employees is mostly clear and to-the-point. Employees are encouraged to take company-evaluation surveys, and they actually get feedback on the surveys they submit. So far, Agile IT seems to be an exciting place to work, with the management focused on the satisfaction of the clients and the well-being of employees. Oh, and free lunches once a week, free coffee/tea/snacks and being able to bring your dog to the workplace are great add-ons!

Cons

No major cons--at least, none so far. If I have to nit-pick, I would have liked a couple of on-boarding-related things to take less time (like getting an access card to the office), but I really can't think of anything else to put here.
