The hiring process was awesome, accommodated my needs, helped move quickly to meet my timeline, great products, and a lot of smart people

Cons

Had a great experience! The product is technical but it works very well and is still easy to understand/speak to.

Pros

Team is mostly seniors. 19 former founders onboard. Culture of 'ship fast' (yes on Fridays, too). Lots of autonomy, responsibility, and impact. Growing fast. Not very hierarchical.

Cons

Culture is fully individual contributors, there are not really any managers. So if you're just starting your career and looking for hands-on mentorship, you will have to learn by doing (baptism of fire)

High-velocity, product-led, immediate impact

Pros

Exceptional product velocity. Features that would take quarters elsewhere ship in weeks. Technical depth and ambition far above most early-stage startups. The engineering team executes like somebody is chasing them. Leadership is primarily data-driven. Decisions are made quickly with low ego. Strong founder culture: high standards, clear ownership, and minimal politics. It's incredible how many former founders/CEOs joined this company. Async-friendly, with serious autonomy.

Cons

Pace and expectations are relentless. No room for passengers. Minimal structure or process which is great for builders, but hard for those who need direction. Company has not scaled yet where different offices can operate independently, which means time zones and work hours stretch into the night.
